My stay started off poorly when I encountered rude front desk staff who were unhelpful when trying to correct my room reservation. Instead of the king-size bed I booked, I received a room with two full-size beds, which was quite annoying. Additionally, I was disappointed to find out that the jacuzzi I had specifically inquired about was closed, which significantly impacted my overall experience.

Got a king suite for a night, the whirlpool tub was amazing! felt like a king just relaxing there after a long day. The staff was friendly too, especially the maids who kept everything pristine and clean, kudos to them!

Had an awesome time with friends at this hotel! We visited the Channel Islands and had a beach day at Silver Strand. Breakfast was surprisingly good with fresh fruit and waffles. Our suite was comfortable and had a full kitchen, making it easy to hang out together and cook meals. Would recommend it!

We did have one night where the pool area was really noisy with a party going on, which made it hard to sleep.

This place was just a strong match for a short visit in Oxnard with excellent value for money. The fruits at breakfast were surprisingly sweet, especially the watermelon and cantaloupe. Make sure to avoid the hot food options at breakfast.
