The resort proved to be a small oasis of relaxation and comfort, tailored to each guest. I thoroughly enjoyed basking in the sun at the beachfront location, complete with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the pool area with canvas and white plastic lounge chairs had a spacious layout that never felt cramped. Despite the issues with the Jr suite's AC, I appreciated the comfortable room and the stunning view from the 10th floor. the bar staff and poolside waiters were fun, friendly, and efficient, making my stay enjoyable.

I had to shorten my stay due to an airline change, but Krystal did not refund me for the day I couldn't stay.

The location here is absolutely PERFECT for a relaxing getaway. the white sand beach is pristine, with no seaweed or shells to worry about, and the service provided by the staff is top-notch. the room amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and free toiletries ensure a comfortable stay, while the dining options including the restaurant and bar/lounge area offer delicious food choices.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent services and amenities.

I stay at a lovely place and always return. First visit, staff gave a local taxi number. It suits me perfectly: Wi-Fi, off-site park, massage, game room, beach. Coming back for Easter.

The beach was stunning, with crystal-clear waters and soft sand. Unfortunately, I had to leave early due to a flight change, and the hotel didn't refund the unused day. Despite this, the spectacular view made my short stay memorable. Overall I'd suggest this hotel.

My family and I recently stayed at Krystal in Ixtapa for a weeklong vacation. the food was fantastic, offering delicious Mexican cuisine and international dishes for dinner. the beach was clean, perfect for barefoot runs with soft sand and crystal-clear waters. the pool was warm and inviting, with friendly bar staff and a gorgeous view from the 10th floor. the hotel organized fun activities like a free dolphin show and dance classes.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
