The hotel's location was great, very close to popular ferry docks and also to restaurants in the area. the complementary shuttle service and bikes were a plus. the complementary Easter candy was a sweet surprise, and we appreciated that.

The room was terribly noisy, and we were unable to have a peaceful sleep. There were bizarre noises that sounded like a generator or a running engine that continued all night long.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the top-notch facilities and amenities at this hotel. The kids club was perfect for our little ones, allowing us to go out at night and enjoy the town.
