The rooms were very spacious and the beds were super comfy. The hotel was really nice and very clean. It was a great experience staying there. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The only negative aspect was that the beds were quite high, making it a bit difficult to get in without assistance. But overall, it was a minor inconvenience and didn't affect our overall experience at the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Springhill Suites. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a fridge and microwave which came in handy. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located, close to everything we needed. The parking lot was well lit and the facilities were overall very clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to everything. The sitting area was comfortable and inviting. The room was spacious and clean, but the HVAC system did not work properly and it was too hot throughout the night. The bathroom had a dirty washcloth from a prior guest or housekeeping. Even though the parking lot was well-lit, there were no handicap or adjoining rooms available.

The surcharge imposed without consent was inexcusable and unprofessional.
