I absolutely loved the location of this hotel! It was right on the lake, and the views of the town were stunning. The tropical feel of being surrounded by water was so relaxing.

Stunning lake view from the room balcony. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. I had a great experience with the laundry service, good quality at a reasonable cost. I also enjoyed a relaxing massage in my room. The surrounding area, including the Epiyantla falls, was amazing to explore. I would recommend this hotel for its location and amenities.

We absolutely loved the location of this place! It is right on the lake, which provided a stunning view and a very tranquil atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The pool was terrific and we spent a lot of time lounging by it and taking refreshing dips. The restaurant served excellent food and we particularly enjoyed the local dishes. The check-in process was hassle-free and quick, allowing us to start our vacation right away.

The only downside we experienced was that the spa prices were slightly higher than what was advertised. However, this small inconvenience did not diminish our overall enjoyment of this hotel.

The views of the lake during sunrise and sunset were absolutely breathtaking. It was a perfect way to start and end each day of our vacation. The rooms, although a bit dated, were clean and spacious. We appreciated having enough space to move around and relax comfortably. The shower pressure in the bathroom was great and the wifi connection was fast and reliable. We had no issues with staying connected during our stay.

One major downside was the lack of complimentary drinking water. It was quite inconvenient to have to constantly purchase bottled water during our stay.

As a solo traveler, I loved the location right on the lake and the free kayaks! The outside facilities were great for exploring.
