I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Playa del Carmen and it was an exceptional experience. the hotel, Las Golondrinas, provided incredible value for money. the highlight of the hotel was definitely the two pools in the internal yard. They were surrounded by beautiful trees, palms, and water features, creating a tranquil space to relax during the day or evening. Despite the absence of a kettle in the room, the hotel staff was more than accommodating and I was able to easily borrow one from the counter. the location of the hotel was perfect, with a supermarket, restaurants, and a money exchange nearby.

We had a great stay at a peaceful and convenient hotel in Playa. It was just a short stroll to the beach and main street. The staff were friendly and the spacious rooms were perfect for our needs. Despite a minor disturbance one night, we would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved being able to explore the area on foot and easily access all the shops, restaurants, and attractions in the vicinity. The hotel also has excellent amenities, including two beautiful pools in a lush courtyard. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us with any questions or needs we had during our stay.

This hotel is conveniently located within a short walking distance to the main streets of 5th & 10th Avenue in Playa del Carmen. It is situated in a beautiful garden setting, providing a peaceful atmosphere. Guests can also enjoy easy access to a mall, making shopping convenient during their stay. The rooms are fairly spacious, equipped with comfortable beds and a table. Additionally, the staff is friendly and the rooms are cleaned daily, ensuring a pleasant stay.

There are occasional issues with the door key card lock, which can be intermittent with opening.

The hotel offers comfortable beds and the rooms are quite spacious. We found it convenient to have a supermarket and various restaurants nearby. the parking was included and the staff were helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed having a nice pool available.

The rooms had some drawbacks, including some equipment being old and the shower being weak. the lack of natural light made the rooms quite dark.

The hotel is perfectly located, with a supermarket, restaurants, and money exchange nearby. I especially loved the two pools in the internal yard, surrounded by trees and water features. The housekeeping was impeccable and the staff were amazing.
