The room was beautifully decorated with high-quality materials like wood and glass. The Nespresso machine and turntable with LPs added a nice touch. The friendly staff made us feel well taken care of. The hotel's location on the outskirts of town provided beautiful views of the hillside and dam. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Celebrated Christmas at a luxurious hotel with great perks that made my stay unforgettable. the hotel staff went above and beyond by offering complimentary drinks upon arrival and a champagne toast during Christmas dinner. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and taking in the scenery. Another advantage worth mentioning was the peaceful and relaxed atmosphere that allowed me to truly unwind.

There were also a few aspects that I did not enjoy. the room seemed a bit outdated and could have used some modern touches.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities that exceeded all of our expectations. The service was exceptional, and the Spa & wellness centre was a divine experience. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were immaculate, and the garden area was a beautiful haven. The live entertainment was a highlight, and the massage was a unique and relaxing touch. The sun terrace was breathtaking with stunning views.

Our only issue was with the restaurant, as the bar service was slow. However, the restaurant made up for it with the delicious food and stunning outdoor dining area.

We stayed in a beautiful room with high beamed ceilings and modern, comfortable furniture. The bathroom was elegant with glass walls, a luxurious shower, and a private toilet. The staff provided excellent service, with attentive and friendly staff members like Natalie, Celestino, and Eden. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of delicious Mexican treats. The hotel had a nice pool area and a store with a beautiful selection of Mexican-designed clothing.
