We appreciated the excellent customer service from the night auditor, who was helpful and accommodating. the indoor common areas were immaculate, adding to the overall appeal of the hotel. Additionally, the room accommodations exceeded our expectations, with plenty of towels provided for our overnight stay. We also loved the scent of the J.R. Watkins - Aloe & Green Tea collection line in the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. It was a nice touch.

One improvement that could be made is the TV remote. It was odd that the guide didn't work on the remote that it was programmed to, requiring us to manually go through each channel.

We had a situation where we needed to park a moving truck with a trailer overnight to avoid towing, and the night auditor went above and beyond to help us find a suitable parking spot. The indoor common areas were kept immaculate, making for a pleasant stay. Our room exceeded our expectations, with plenty of towels for all four of us. We even discovered a new shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion from J.R. Watkins - Aloe & Green Tea collection, which added a nice touch to our stay. we had a great experience at Candlewood Suites.
