The room was clean and smelled nice, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. We appreciated the excellent customer service from the night auditor, who was helpful and accommodating. the indoor common areas were immaculate, adding to the overall appeal of the hotel. Additionally, the room accommodations exceeded our expectations, with plenty of towels provided for our overnight stay. We also loved the scent of the J.R. Watkins - Aloe & Green Tea collection line in the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. It was a nice touch.

One improvement that could be made is the TV remote. It was odd that the guide didn't work on the remote that it was programmed to, requiring us to manually go through each channel.

We loved the fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge/freezer and ice maker - perfect for our adventure trip. The staff provided excellent customer service, especially the night auditor who helped us find parking for our moving truck. The indoor common areas were spotless and the room exceeded our expectations. The bed was super comfortable and there were plenty of AC outlets for charging our devices. The hotel even had a great selection of toiletries available for purchase, and we loved the J.R. Watkins - Aloe & Green Tea collection!

I recently stayed at Candlewood Suites for an extended period of time and I couldn't be happier. The staff went above and beyond to help during a winter storm, ensuring I could make it to work every day. The hotel had everything I needed for my long stay, and the rooms were clean, brightly lit, and had a fresh coat of paint. The customer service, especially from the night auditor, was excellent. The indoor common areas were immaculate and there were plenty of towels available. I also loved the option to purchase the J.R. Watkins - Aloe & Green Tea collection line, it was a nice touch!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The reception staff were really friendly and happy, and they were always helpful in answering my questions.
