I’ll start with the fridge that never closes fully, how quaint. Then there's the utterly useless front desk staff, especially Anastasia. And can we talk about how I NEVER received a complimentary gesture despite my 8-night stay? I expected better from a so-called royal hotel, but I guess basic service isn't in their vocabulary.

Spacious room with a lovely interior. breakfast included a wide variety of dishes and staff were very welcoming. easy access to tram and metro stations for quick trips into the city center.

The hotel is ideally located near a metro station and a tram stop, providing quick access to the city center. My room was spacious and modern, with excellent bathroom amenities. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide selection of fresh meals to fuel my day of meetings.

The breakfast area got crowded during peak hours, making it hard to find a seat.

Absolutely loved our stay! ! So modern and comfortable, such a wonderful location near public transport.

We visited the Royal Route and rode the funicular up to Petrin Hill, which was fantastic for our family. Amenities were fantastic, and the breakfast spread was just what we needed to fuel up before exploring Prague with our four young kids.
