The front desk staff was excellent, always smiling and very helpful. The rooms had a modern chic feel with superb cleanliness. The hotel is in a great location, with easy accessibility and proximity to the city airport terminal. It is also close to COEX exhibition center, which is a plus for young couples with babies.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean and spacious enough for our family of three adults. The hotel facilities were top-notch and we felt secure with the need for a room key to access the elevator and floors. The location was perfect, just minutes away from the City Airport and COEX. There were plenty of restaurants and a convenient store nearby, making it easy for us to grab a bite to eat or any necessities we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, speaking both English and Korean fluently.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, right near the COEX bus station and in the heart of the business district. It was so convenient for shopping and exploring the city. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and we felt welcomed and at home. The room was small but extremely comfortable, with the best bed and pillows we've experienced. The shower/tub combo was also amazing. The breakfast had a delicious variety of choices. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we felt secure with the keycard access to the elevator and floors. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Uri& in Seoul. The location of the hotel was fantastic - it was situated right near the World Trade Centre, Coex Mall, and many great eating places. I loved being able to easily explore the city from this central spot. The wifi in the hotel was also fast and reliable, making it convenient for any work I needed to do. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and reliable amenities.

The hotel has a perfect location for easy access to the airport with CALT nearby, while still situated in the heart of Gangnam. The parnas underground shopping mall is also in close proximity, providing ample shopping opportunities. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the pleasant experience.

The bathroom lacked a shower curtain, causing water to be splattered around during showers.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as we were just a short walk away from the COEX bus station which made traveling throughout the city a breeze. The amenities provided were impressive – everything from dry cleaning, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance made our stay that much more comfortable. The room itself was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. One of our favorite parts of the room was the soundproofed walls which allowed for a peaceful night's sleep.

The staff at Hotel Uri& were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early and leave my luggage during the day when I checked out. The location is perfect, just across the street from Coex shopping mall and within walking distance of Korea City Air Terminal and Samseong station. The bed in my room was really comfortable and the bathroom facilities were great, with good water pressure and quality toiletries. it was a convenient and enjoyable stay for backpackers looking to explore the heart of Seoul.

As business guests, we were impressed by the helpfulness of the reception staff. They provided us with an umbrella during the rainy weather and even gave us access to the sauna after checkout. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to CALT, Coex Mall, and Samseong Station. The staff were accommodating and most were fluent in English. The room was quiet and well-equipped with plenty of plugs for different region plugs.
