We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and the mercado. It was also close to the Rio Grande Mall. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to assist us with our luggage and provide excellent service. The hotel also had a pool, although we were unable to enjoy it due to the weather. we found the location and amenities of this hotel to be very impressive.

The check-in experience with the first girl and the guy was a bad start, but the cleaning lady and a janitor on the 6th floor on specific dates were great. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff did not live up to expectations, becoming upset when we expressed dissatisfaction.

The pool and fountain were also lovely to relax by. The room appearance and facility were of high quality, reminding me of the hotels in California. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, kind, and attentive, making my stay truly enjoyable. The central location of the hotel was ideal, with convenient access to restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. The security measures in place also helped me feel safe in an unknown city. I highly recommend Hotel Lucerna for its comfort, cleanliness, and chill atmosphere.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the pool and the location of the hotel. the pool was big and beautifully maintained, providing the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the warm weather. Additionally, the hotel's key location made it easy for me to explore the surrounding area and visit popular attractions nearby. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the friendly and helpful staff. They always greeted me with a smile and were eager to assist with any inquiries or requests I had.

Despite the overall positive experience, there were a few aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. there was a lack of hotel provided transportation support, which made it slightly inconvenient to travel around the city.
