We had a great experience at Isa. the communal areas were beautifully decorated and well-maintained. the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food options. the staff was very accommodating and quickly changed our room when we expressed dissatisfaction. the location was perfect for exploring Rome, with plenty of nearby dining options. To top it off, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary bottle of prosecco for our honeymoon.

The hotel's location was excellent, with key attractions and the metro within walking distance. the nearby bus shuttle to the airport was also very convenient. the restaurants around the hotel offered reasonable prices without tourist markups.

The hotel's elevator was quite old and required climbing a few steps to reach it. Although this is expected in Europe, it can be a bit inconvenient, especially with luggage.
