The staff at Sonder Duane Street were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. They accommodated our request for rooms on the same floor as our grown-up children. The hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to Soho, the Financial District, and plenty of restaurants, shops, and subway stations nearby. We also appreciated the small touches like the complimentary red apples and lemon drink. as guests with families, we enjoyed our stay and felt well taken care of.

Our stay in this hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, as it was close to all major tube stations in Manhattan neighborhoods. It was situated in the quiet Tribeca neighborhood, which was a welcome relief from the hustle and bustle of the city. The spacious room was clean and comfortable, with a great big bed and nice linen. The staff were flawless, going above and beyond to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. The free coffee and biscotti in the mornings were a nice touch!

I recently had a fantastic stay at a trendy Sonder property in a great location. the hotel was close to two subway lines and had plenty of nearby restaurants. the room was clean and surprisingly spacious for New York City, with tall windows that let in lots of natural light. I loved the community vibe in the lobby, where guests could often be found working on their laptops. the Front Desk Staff was absolutely amazing, providing excellent service and helpful recommendations. One of the highlights was the wine break with snacks for hotel guests, adding a special touch to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

Charming boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood. the room was nicely appointed, with a comfortable bed. the staff were very courteous and eager to help. the lobby had comfortable couches and chairs, and there was a small bar serving coffee in the morning and alcohol later in the day. the location was great, with excellent non-chain coffee shops and places to get light food nearby. the hotel was also close to subway stations and public transportation.

The shower was a bit difficult to figure out, with a rain-type showerhead. the room was on the smaller side, and there was only one elevator, which wasn't very fast.

Great location, trendy facilities, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable room, excellent amenities.

We had an enjoyable stay over Easter weekend at this charming boutique hotel located in a quiet neighborhood. the hotel staff were courteous and eager to help. We loved the comfortable bed and clean towels delivered daily. the lobby had a couple of comfy couches and chairs, perfect for visiting and lounging. We also appreciated the free wine happy hour and espresso drinks in the morning, what a great way to start the day! Bonus points for the convenient location close to public transport and excellent coffee shops that offer light food.

The rooms were smaller than expected, making it tough to maneuver around the bed. the air conditioning struggled to keep our room warm during the sub-zero temperatures, and the floor was ice cold, there was no floor heating.

The hotel facilities were perfect, including a bar and restaurant that added to the overall experience. The view from our window was stunning. The location in the center of Tribeca was ideal, with close proximity to subways, great restaurants, and all major tube stations.
