The value for our money at Bahia Principe Luxury was exceptional, with great service, delicious food, and a stunning room. The location was perfect, with beautiful beaches and pools, and the staff treated us like royalty.

The breakfast could have been better, with more options and variety.

The food, pools, beaches, marine life, and staff were incredible. Breakfast was particularly amazing. The infinity pool in the adults-only section was a highlight. The attentive and kind staff really made our stay enjoyable. The facilities were top-notch, with clean pools and well-kept beaches.

My partner and I recently stayed at a fantastic adults-only resort in Akumal. We were at Bahia Principe Luxury for 7 nights and it was our first experience of all-inclusive. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who didn't constantly try to sell us things. The food was delicious, especially at the a la carte restaurants, and there was a great variety to choose from. The kids' club and entertainment were brilliant, and we even had access to the brand new kid facilities at Tulum, just a short golf cart ride away. The massages were wonderful and we felt truly pampered. it was a fantastic experience and we can't wait to come back!

The transportation service provided by the hotel was convenient and reasonably priced, giving us a sense of safety upon arrival. The resort's stunning entrance and beautiful grounds were breathtaking. The friendly receptionist, Roberto, gave us a thorough tour of the facility, and the staff took care of our bags. We were able to check in early and our junior superior suite was secluded yet close to the lobby and snack bar. The free mini bar and daily restocking, along with complimentary room service, made our stay even more enjoyable. The unlimited drinks, especially the pina coladas and daiquiris, were a highlight. The beach access and three pools, particularly the infinity pool, were fantastic. The sports bar offered free drinks and was a fun place to hang out. The buffet had great options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We also had a memorable beach dinner at one of the restaurants, with a tomahawk steak and lobster under the stars.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The property is massive and there are so many things to do within the premises. We were able to enjoy the amenities and activities at Akumal, Tulum, and Coba. The variety of pools and two water parks provided endless fun. The buffet offered a great selection of delicious food that changed daily. The hotel staff were amazing, always kind and helpful. We felt well taken care of, especially during the hurricane. The staff worked quickly to clean up the damage and ensure our safety. The beach location was excellent and the excursions we went on were both excellent and a great value.

The resort offers a variety of pools, water parks, buffet and specialty restaurants, and nightly entertainment. There is a kids club for younger guests, making it suitable for families. The staff are generally friendly and accommodating.

We also loved the beach access and the three different pools, especially the dream-like infinity pool. The sports bar was a fun place to hang out, and the drinks were free there too. The buffet offered great food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but we recommend going when it first opens to enjoy everything fresh. We also had a memorable beach dinner with additional fees, where we enjoyed a tomahawk steak and lobster under the stars. Lastly, the location of the resort was perfect, with easy access to the XPLOR PARK for exciting activities like zip lines, ATV rides, and river swimming.

Our stay at the hotel was worth every penny. The room may be a bit outdated, but it was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was great, with a beautiful beach and plenty of places to relax by the pool. The staff treated us incredibly well, especially Alfredo from the butler service and the friendly pool attendants. We felt truly welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe by offering a wider variety of options.

Couldn't stay longer.

This hotel provided an amazing holiday experience during Christmas. the resort had excellent facilities, including a variety of restaurants and bars. the staff were friendly and provided exceptional customer service. the location of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to the beach. One of the advantages was the availability of activities and entertainment options for guests to enjoy.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. the building work being done during our visit was disruptive and affected the peaceful atmosphere around the quiet pool area.

the kids club at the resort was exceptional, with the crew organizing nonstop activities and evening shows for the children. the food at the resort was also impressive, with a great selection and high-quality a la carte restaurants. the house wine was delicious too. the pools were beautiful, especially the infinity pool in the Adult's Only section. the beaches had canopy-covered beach chairs and offered a variety of marine life for underwater video recording. the hotel and property were stunning, with helpful staff and plenty of beach space.

Our stay at Bahia Principe Luxury was absolutely fantastic. We were greeted by friendly and informative staff who made us feel very welcome. The beautiful grounds and lovely location added to the overall charm of the hotel. The New Year's Eve party was exceptional, exceeding our expectations. The buffet had a great variety of food options and was well organized. The beach and pools were pristine. The snorkeling and cenote excursions were excellent and provided great value. a wonderful experience.

The location of this adults-only resort was absolutely perfect, set in an incredibly beautiful area of the Yucatán peninsula. The Akumal theatre was one of our favorite spots, and breakfast was always delicious. The room was spacious and had a beautiful bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and the service was absolutely top-notch. We loved relaxing by the large, peaceful infinity pool, and there were plenty of facilities to keep us busy throughout our stay.

There was one spot where we experienced some issues with our service. We had a bit of a wait at the Frutos Del Mar restaurant, and the service was not as attentive as we had hoped.

We recently stayed at the Bahia Principe Luxury and had an amazing experience. the staff was extremely kind and helpful, and the resort was well maintained. the location on the beach was excellent, and the clean and accessible facilities made our stay enjoyable. We also enjoyed the delicious food and the self-service buffet policy, which eliminated long lines. the couples massage we had was wonderful, and the manicure and pedicure were top-notch. we had a fantastic time at the resort.
