The staff even ironed my birthday dress! The location was perfect, just seconds away from Green Park and minutes from Buckingham Palace. The American Bar/Restaurant had great food and cocktails. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The attentive and friendly service made this the best hotel experience of my 5-week trip.
