I recently stayed at a budget hotel in Xalapa and had a positive experience. The location was great, right next to a nice park and very near to the center of town. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a view of the nearby volcano. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was friendly and accommodating. I also enjoyed the breakfast provided, which had a variety of options. I was pleased with the facilities and advantages of the room.

The noise from neighboring rooms could be heard at times, which was a bit annoying.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, from check-in to the restaurant and housekeeping. Fast and delicious breakfast. The live music in the bar was a nice touch.

The hotel was in poor condition, with broken furniture and stained carpets in the hallways. The pool was dirty and not suitable for swimming.

Just had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Xalapa with a fantastic view of the Orizaba Volcano. Upgraded to a spacious room with double beds and a double balcony. Worth every penny for the breathtaking scenery. highly recommended!

From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff assisted me with my early check-in and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and I even had a mini-bar and a sitting area to relax in.
