We had a fantastic stay at Park Lane Hotel. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The bed was comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep.

We recently stayed at this hotel and it was located in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to go shopping. We were impressed by the top-notch room service and car hire services available at this hotel. The 24-hour room service and bell staff/porter were a great help during our stay. The housekeeping staff was also very efficient and the laundry service was outstanding. The room amenities were great, with all necessary facilities provided, including an electric kettle, sitting area and flat-screen TV.

We had a luxurious experience at this hotel. The exclusive amenities were impressive, especially the spa and wellness centre with its Jacuzzi and massage services. The sun terrace had comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas for a relaxing day in the sun. The restaurant served delicious halal food with special diet menus available. The location was convenient for exploring the city.

We did encounter a minor issue during our stay. The packed lunches we ordered from the snack bar were not up to the standard we were expecting.

Park Lane Hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and elegantly decorated. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Gulberg. The staff, from the valet to the waiters to the manager, were extremely courteous and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The rooftop pool offered a stunning view of the city at night, and the food was excellent. Although the bathroom was a bit dated, the room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

For the price I paid, I got excellent value. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I even got an upgrade to a studio suite. The location was perfect, close to M M Alam road and with an ATM on site. But what really stood out was the staff - they were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. A special shout-out to Ayesha from Customer Relations, who took care of me and my family like her own.

The Easter weekend was decently spent at a hotel in the city. The complementary eggs and chocolates along with the well-decorated lobby were a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel, being close to the shopping district, was a convenient advantage. the breathtaking views from the room window were truly enjoyable.

The service was not up to par. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, with dust and debris visible around the bathroom area.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
