The room was surprisingly spacious and immaculately clean, with incredibly comfortable beds and a well-thought-out layout. The laundry facilities were a lifesaver, and the French Press and coffee provided added a delightful touch. The host was friendly and offered fantastic suggestions for exploring the area. The spa bath was an unexpected treat, and the absence of instant coffee was a jaw-dropping relief. a mind-blowingly pleasant stay.

During my stay at Fitzherbert Court Motel, I had a very pleasant interaction with the receptionist. They were incredibly friendly and provided me with helpful suggestions for places to visit and dine in the area. It made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The motel is conveniently located near Hokitika beach, just a short walk down the road. It is also situated by the railway line, which adds a unique charm to the surroundings. Although it is on the edge of town, it is still easily accessible with transportation. This proximity to the beach allows for enjoyable walks and breathtaking views.

The TV reception in the rooms is poor and channel 1 tends to make noises after 15 minutes.
