The location on the beach was perfect, with warm and wonderful ocean to play in. The pools were nice and warm enough to swim, and there was a quiet adult-only pool for relaxation. The variety of food offered was plentiful and fairly good, with lots of choices. The gym was good, and there were some entertaining shows in the evening. The sliding doors to the balcony had screens, which is a nice touch.

The staff was incredible and the food was excellent. There was a lot of variety each day with themed evenings in the main buffet. The lounge had bad live music but the rest of the live music and entertainment was excellent. The waitresses were really nice and most of the staff working there were awesome, attentive, friendly, and respectful. The beach was always clean and the property in general was well-maintained.

The hotel was spotless and the facilities were top-notch. The different pools catered to everyone's needs, with a lively and quiet option available. The range of food provided was impressive, and the Italian restaurant was especially exceptional. The staff, from Josephina in La Bamba to Carlos in Casa Bella, were attentive and friendly. The location, close to Bucerias with its three buffet restaurants, was perfect.

I had a fantastic stay at this beachfront hotel. The staff, from Jesus to Michelle, were incredibly nice and constantly caring about the guests. The location, right on the ocean, was stunning. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with the rooms in great shape and contemporary furnishings in the bathroom. The hotel facilities, including multiple pools and a quiet "no kids" pool, were perfect for relaxation. The food was varied and delicious, with exceptional dinners at Las Palomas.

The beach was absolutely stunning, with crystal clear water and soft white sand. It was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. The hotel's location was also great - close to the airport and within easy walking distance to a nearby town. Another advantage was the variety of restaurants available on-site, offering different cuisines and themes each night.

Some of the rooms were in need of renovation. The furniture and decor looked old and rundown, and there was a persistent sewage smell in the en-suite bathroom.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway! The service provided by the staff was outstanding. They were always attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The beach club staff, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we had a special experience. They remembered our favorite drinks and took care of our dietary needs with great attention. Additionally, the accommodations were top-notch, providing us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We also loved the location, with easy access to the beach and various amenities.

One of the aspects we didn't appreciate was the constant push for the vacation club. It seemed like the timeshare representatives were more interested in selling us on the vacation club rather than attending to our needs as paying guests.

Nothing could have been better.

I had the most amazing time at Marival Emotions Resort & Suites! The animation team made sure there was never a dull moment with a wide range of activities for all ages. The nightly shows were absolutely spectacular, especially the Michael Jackson performance. The beach was perfect for long walks and the availability of boogie boards for free use was a great bonus. The aquasize classes and other activities kept me entertained throughout my stay. The pizza at the onsite restaurant was delicious and the crepe station for breakfast was a treat. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend this resort for an unforgettable vacation.

The staff, including Jesús, Ricardo, Dany, Michelle. The hotel is situated on a stunning and clean beach, where the water is perfect for playing and swimming. The waitresses and other staff members were also great, always making sure we had everything we needed. we had a fun and enjoyable experience and would love to go back and see everyone again.
