Had a right boss time! The beach concierge, Israel, was sound, makin' sure we were sorted with towels and drinks. The staff felt like family, especially Tino and the boys at the front. Only downside was the food at the Mexican restaurant—it was a bit hit or miss, web.

Spacious room, attentive staff, with a lovely beach access that made our mornings special and invigorating yoga classes to start the day right.

They came by twice a day, really took care of us. We had a small issue with the room at check-in, but they had it fixed in a couple of hours, which is way better than some places I've been. And the kids' pool? We even found a gluten-free section in the buffet which was a nice surprise since we have some dietary things to watch.

Not gonna lie, it wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what we got, it felt fair enough.

The resort room was spacious and clean, definitely bigger than standard hotel rooms which was a nice surprise. The beds were comfy enough for a good night's sleep, but I did hear some noise from the tennis courts in the mornings. It’s worth asking for a room away from that if you're a light sleeper. Housekeeping was on point, and I really appreciated the sliding doors with screens to keep the bugs out while enjoying the fresh air. Overall, pretty nice!

will definitely go again next time

I stayed in a Deluxe Room with air conditioning and a private bathroom. The spa facilities were amazing—got a massage and my nails done. The hot tub was so relaxing. There are four outdoor pools, each with their own vibe, perfect for chilling out. Also loved the yoga classes offered!

Heated pools were great, but had a hassle checking in and moving rooms.

The themed evenings were a blast, especially the beach parties and lively pools. Loved the variety in the buffet!

Felt like family, nothing to complain about.
