Stunning views and great staff

The views of Puget Sound are amazing, especially from rooms 541 and 543! The hotel is super clean and has some nice amenities like a rooftop pool and hot tub. Staff were friendly and seemed happy to be there. The valet parking was a bit of a hassle, and the price was kinda steep.

We thoroughly enjoyed waking up to the breathtaking view of the Sound every morning during our stay. the hotel facilities, especially the rooftop swimming pool and hot tub, provided a great spot to relax while taking in the stunning surroundings. the proximity to various restaurants offered us plenty of dining options right at our doorstep. the staff's friendliness and helpfulness truly made our experience memorable.

Our room was spacious and comfortable with a stunning view of the bay. We enjoyed the top-notch gym and indulged in a relaxing spa massage. Even got to witness a playful seal in the water from our room. We highly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location is perfect, with lots of restaurants around. The service is exceptional, with a friendly and accommodating staff always ready to help. The room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping are top-notch, making our stay even more comfortable. The amenities like valet parking and welcome drinks add to the luxury of this venue. We especially loved the rooftop pool and sun terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the views. this hotel has everything to ensure a comfortable stay for its guests.

I recently stayed at Silver Cloud Hotel at Point Ruston Waterfront for a week while visiting family. The hotel location was perfect, with a beautiful view from our room. The staff, especially Keilao, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, new, and had a swanky vibe. The gym was well-equipped, and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast was enjoyable, although I would suggest some improvements to the seating area. a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

I do recommend this hotel.

Spacious room with plush bedding and clean insert for baby. Enjoyed the big lobby and rooftop pool, as well as the shops and restaurants nearby. Aveda products were great and gym had top-notch equipment. Gorgeous view and comfortable atmosphere.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. You feel like you're in a safe village away from the rest of the world. Everything is within walking distance and there is a great paved walking path right along the waterfront. The new property is wonderful. There is so much to see and do without having to leave the area. Multiple restaurant options within walking distance.

This hotel is a great choice for those who want to be close to fantastic restaurants, such as Copper and Salt, and enjoy a beautiful walk along Ruston Way. The rooftop swimming pool and hot tub provide an unforgettable experience with views of Puget Sound. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and beautiful, with amenities such as a large gym.

Some guests have reported issues with the mini fridge freezing their drinks and food.

The quadruple room felt like a dream with its spacious layout, soundproofing, and amazing lake view. The 65-inch flat screen TV was an absolute game-changer, perfect for movie nights after long days exploring.

I personally found the tile/marble floor in the double room a bit too cold for my liking.

We had an amazing stay at this waterfront hotel! the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was modern, clean, and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the double sink and spacious bathroom. the view of the bay was breathtaking, and we even had the opportunity to watch a seal playing in the water! the valet service was quick, and the location couldn't be better, with key areas of interest nearby. the spa was an added bonus, and the massage was incredible.

The attached restaurant did not meet our expectations. the service was slow and unengaging, and the staff appeared tired and unfocused.
