We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Emily, the Activity Manager, was particularly exceptional, arranging additional activities for us like Tye Dye T-shirts and a campfire. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious two-bedroom villa at a great price. The room was cozy and well-stocked with kitchen amenities. The pool was huge and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The hotel staff were friendly and professional, always treating us with respect and a positive attitude.

We absolutely loved the different atmosphere of this hotel. The room was fantastic, with all the kitchen amenities we needed and it was well stocked. The beds were nice and comfy, making the room cozy. The pool was absolutely huge and the building was warm. There weren't kids crawling all over each other, which was a plus. The staff at every facility were all very nice and the two-bedroom villa was a great price for the amount of space it offered. They also had a lot of activities throughout the day in the activity center, which our kids enjoyed.

There was nothing I didn't like.

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Club was fantastic! The fully supplied kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the indoor and large heated pool provided hours of fun. The outdoor pool was also great, with entertaining music playing. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. It was a great value for the price and a nice getaway from the city. I will definitely be returning!

Really enjoyed the fully stocked villa with plenty of towels and personal items. the beds were also very comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the golf course on the premises was a great feature, providing a fun activity for guests.

There were a few aspects of the resort that were disappointing. the lack of a washer and dryer in the room made it difficult, especially when traveling with children.

We had a great value for our money with a spacious two-bedroom villa and plenty of activities for the kids. The staff treated us exceptionally well and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Friendly front desk staff. Helpful with local recommendations. Room had a kitchenette. Lots of activities on property. Power flickered briefly. Kids enjoyed the waterpark. Two pools, one closed temporarily. Kitchen fully supplied. Indoor and large heated pool. Clean facilities. Check-out is early at 10am, but can use facilities for the day. Nice getaway from city. Will return.

The resort's convenient location near the highway impressed a business traveler who had to conduct her business in Northern Chicago. Guests staying in the President's Lakeside condos can enjoy the spacious and well-decorated rooms, with fully equipped kitchens and large bathrooms featuring a soaker tub. The front desk staff received many compliments for their helpfulness and accommodating attitude.

One guest had issues with the Wi-Fi dropping constantly, causing inconvenience throughout their stay.

The location was perfect, offering a beautiful view and a sense of seclusion, while still being just a short drive away from state parks and a town for shopping. this was an awesome experience and we can't wait to come back!

Well-stocked villa with towels and personal items. Comfortable beds and clean. Galley kitchen was a great addition. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Lots of activities for kids and great outdoor amenities.

This resort had a fully supplied kitchen, a large heated indoor pool, and a great outdoor pool with music. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. We were delighted to find out that we could continue using the facilities after checkout. It was a great value, and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful grounds, great location, variety of activities available, enjoyed the waterpark, helpful staff, quiet atmosphere. There were limited dinner options nearby, bringing food would have been more convenient. Galley kitchen was a nice addition. Pool opening time could have been earlier. Amazing amenities in the villa.

We enjoyed the spacious room and the well-equipped kitchen. The indoor and outdoor pools were great for the kids. Despite some minor issues with our room, the staff were friendly and helpful. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The resort provided excellent amenities and facilities. The galley kitchen in our room was a terrific addition, allowing us to cook our own meals. The space inside our room was spacious and comfortable, with comfortable beds and a pull-out couch. We also enjoyed the balcony and the option to cook inside the room. The entertainment center at the resort was fabulous, and we were able to do laundry for free. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, such as arranging a special Tye Dye T-shirt activity and a campfire in the evening. They even allowed us to have an early check-in and late check-out. The staff members had great attitudes and were always helpful.

We felt very cared for and had no complaints at all.
