We enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace, which offered a great spot to relax in the afternoon or gaze at the stars at night. Maya Hotel provided everything we needed for a wonderful exploration of the city.

Although the Wi-Fi was a bit intermittent at times, we were able to stay connected for the most part. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the town, and the colonial building added to the charm of the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the unlimited supply of coffee and water. we found Maya Campeche Hotel to be a value for money option in Campeche.

The single room was quite small, and the Wi-Fi signal was weak in the rooms located at the back of the property.

Great staff! They were really helpful and kind. I love it when people actually enjoy what they are doing and these people seemed to really love helping guests. the location was fantastic - it was really central to all the things I needed to do during my business trip. the breakfast was awesome - option for a hot meal and lots of other delicious things.

The room wasn't perfect. I found that the bed wasn't that comfortable - I've definitely had better sleeps in other hotels.
