The hotel is conveniently located near the central bus station and a supermarket, making it easy to access transportation and amenities. the check, in process was quick and hassle, free, and the hotel was clean and well, maintained. the pool area was a highlight, with a nice pool and separate jacuzzi, like pools on a second level.

Some aspects of the service were disappointing, such as misleading advertisements and rude behavior from staff regarding tips. the breakfast options were not very satisfying, with limited choices and some missing items like cereal.

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff was extremely kind and helpful for anything we needed. The room was clean and had air conditioning and hot water. We were pleasantly surprised to find two separate double beds in our room, which was perfect for us as friends traveling together. The hotel is located just a 5-minute walk from the ADO bus station, making it very convenient for travelers.

We spent a lovely Easter weekend at a hotel in Palenque. the complementary breakfast and the good WiFi connection were a great plus. the location of the hotel was ideal for us, as it was close to public transportation and the city center. the hotel had a nice pool area where we spent some time relaxing and enjoying the sun.

There were some negative aspects to our experience. Although the pillows were bearable, they were a bit hard and uncomfortable.
