The hotel is conveniently located near the central bus station and a supermarket, making it easy to access transportation and amenities. the check, in process was quick and hassle, free, and the hotel was clean and well, maintained. the pool area was a highlight, with a nice pool and separate jacuzzi, like pools on a second level.

Some aspects of the service were disappointing, such as misleading advertisements and rude behavior from staff regarding tips. the breakfast options were not very satisfying, with limited choices and some missing items like cereal.

The pool and facilities were nice, providing a refreshing break from the hot weather. the location of the hotel was great, just a short walk from the bus station and close to the Palenque archaeological site. Additionally, there were plenty of good restaurants nearby to choose from.

The hotel staff could benefit from improving their English skills, considering the number of tourists they cater to. the slow wifi made it difficult to make Skype or WhatsApp calls.

We felt safe walking around in the evening, thanks to the touristy area. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They even offered us alternate parking options and assured us it was safe. The room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a mini fridge. The pool was clean and enjoyable, and the on-site restaurant served decent food. Additionally, the Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay.

We stayed at Hotel Maya Tulipanes for two nights during our visit to Palenque. The staff was friendly and accommodating, quickly moving us to a better room when we were not satisfied with the first one. The rooms were clean with good hot water and water pressure. The location was great, with shops and the bus terminal nearby. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. The secure parking was a plus.
