Stunning views of the ocean from the rooms. the included breakfast with champagne was delicious. the staff, especially the concierge, were extremely helpful with suggestions and recommendations. the hotel's intimate atmosphere made for a relaxing and peaceful stay.

The hotel should consider offering free bikes for guests to get around. the room we stayed in was noisy, as it was located close to reception and we could hear people coming and going.

The hotel rooms were cosy and the private whirlpool outside the room was perfect for relaxation. The restaurant offered well-designed and delicious creations by the chef. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. The location in a protected bio reserve, with close proximity to Mayan ruins and a beautiful beach, added to the overall experience.

We had a romantic escape at this trendy, intimate hotel. the personal attention provided by the staff was excellent. We enjoyed the quiet and romantic atmosphere, and the trendy and modern settings. the hotel's proximity to Tulum's Mayan Ruin and Playa Paraiso was convenient, and we loved the experience of walking along the beach to get there. the on-site dining options were great, and the quality and price of the food were excellent. it was a wonderful experience for couples looking for a modern and romantic getaway.

One downside was that the hotel's ocean front was on rocks, so there was no sandy beach front. Although it was possible to climb down the rocks to get into the ocean, it was not the same as having direct beach access.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful ocean view from the dining area and a refreshing plunge pool in our room. We were impressed with the convenient parking and the option to rent bicycles for easy transportation to nearby attractions, such as the Tulum archaeological site. The location high on the rocky coast provided breathtaking views, and the sandy beach was just a short walk away. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, with attentive and friendly service.

The only downside was the occasional noise from a nearby business, but it wasn't too bothersome and didn't disrupt our stay.

Mi Amor is a beautiful boutique hotel located on a stunning rocky cliff overlooking the ocean. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and a private deck to enjoy the views. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious, and the restaurant offers delicious meals. The hotel also has an infinity pool and lounge areas for guests to relax and enjoy the breathtaking surroundings.

Some guests mentioned that there was seaweed on the beach nearby, but this is a natural occurrence and not a reflection of the hotel itself.

Beautiful beachfront accommodation, with clean ocean and sandy beach nearby. The hotel offers comfortable rooms with stunning views, especially from the Jacuzzi. The staff is accommodating, courteous, and helpful. Good food and a peaceful environment, perfect for a romantic getaway. Highly recommended for couples.

Loved the modern feel and quiet atmosphere of this smaller hotel. the rooms were spacious and well-kept, with the added bonus of AC which was essential in the summer. the beach, although not very wide, was quiet and not crowded. the hotel also offered bikes for rent, which was a great way to explore the area.

Immediate beach access was not available, so it may not be the best choice for those wanting easy access to the beach. Some of the outdoor features, such as the cabana cushions and covers, were showing signs of wear and could use refreshing.

The setting was stunning, especially the platform loungers on the rocks overlooking the water. The hotel blended harmoniously with the natural environment, with beautiful birds and iguanas to watch. The food and drinks were delicious, and the staff, Ronaldo, Edwin, Simon, and Manual. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect and personalized experience.
