My wife and I recently stayed at the Best Western in Townsend for our second trip to Tennessee. The hotel's pet-friendly policy was a lifesaver as all the hotels on Parkway were fully booked. The hosts, Tash, Claudette, and Andre, were fantastic and made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast bar exceeded our expectations, with delicious food and amazing coffee. The quiet location and comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep. The clean rooms and friendly staff have made us eager to visit again.
