The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing us to leave our car in the parking garage and easily walk to nearby shops and restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom fixtures worked well and we had no issues with hot water.

We had a romantic escape and the hotel was perfect for it. the room was beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the hotel's location was key, as it was close to everything we wanted to do. We were able to park our car nearby and walk to all the attractions. Another advantage was the cleanliness of the room, everything was spotless. We would definitely return for another romantic getaway.

It was comparable in price to other hotels in the area and offered easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Blackfriars Theatre. The room was clean and had all the expected amenities, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The wheelchair accessible bathroom in the room was not well designed, making it difficult to maneuver around and use the shower.

I could easily walk to all the shops and restaurants in the historic district. The service was top-notch, with staff ready to assist me any time of day or night. The amenities provided in my room were excellent, from the ironing facilities to the flat-screen TV. The leisure facilities were great too, with an indoor swimming pool and fitness centre available for my use. my stay here exceeded my expectations.

The hotel was clean and loved the decor. Room spacious and clean. Loved that it had a swimming pool and it was open - kids loved swimming after a week of travel. We love the central location, within easy walking distance to most of the town. Being next door to the Blackfriars Playhouse makes it easy to fit in an evening of Shakespeare which is definitely to be recommended. The players/minstrels do a great job! The low cost garage parking option is convenient. Near restaurants.
