The staff were welcoming and helpful. Alex and Manuel stood out for their assistance. English speaking staff available. Scrumptious food. Unique and pleasing architecture. Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. High-quality food. Spacious rooms. Excellent spa and cocktails at the bar.

The friendly and helpful staff, such as Alex and Manuel, ensure a warm welcome and are always available to assist guests. The rooms are beautifully designed and the meals served in the restaurant are both delicious and affordable. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities, including a lagoon tour, and the option of bringing their own drinks to savor while enjoying the water.

The hotel lacks certain amenities such as a laundry service and a small store to purchase snacks or souvenirs.

This resort offered a stunning view of the lagoon and a relaxing atmosphere. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure that our requests were met promptly. the complimentary continental breakfast was fresh and delicious with a variety of baked goods and fruit. the restaurant's food was a highlight with a diverse menu, including mouth-watering seafood and excellent vegetarian options.

The room lacked some necessary hooks for hanging clothes and bathing suits. there were some small details to improve regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom and some details in the room.

Beautiful cabins with excellent balconies near the lake. Nature space could use fewer bungalows. Clean rooms with no insects. Private pier onto the lagoon. Professional and helpful staff. Great for nature lovers.

This hotel is truly luxurious, with exclusive amenities that make for an unforgettable experience. the room was spacious and elegantly decorated, with beautiful garden views. the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding, offering a wide range of relaxing and rejuvenating treatments.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the service at the restaurant, where the waitstaff seemed slightly inexperienced. this was quickly remedied by the attentive manager, who went out of his way to ensure that our dining experience was pleasant.
