From the moment I arrived at this resort, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The location of the resort is truly paradise, with the beach and great snorkeling opportunities right at my doorstep. The food was good, and I never had to wait long for a drink. As a family-friendly resort, I felt safe allowing my kids to swim in the pool while I relaxed on the beach. Everything was within walking distance, making it convenient to explore the area.

The staff were accommodating and helpful when I requested a room change. I had a pleasant and relaxing stay at this resort and would recommend it to others.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location from the airport to the island on a lagoon was incredibly convenient. We also really appreciated the excellent room service and car hire options. The 24-hour room service and housekeeping were also top-notch. Furthermore, the airport shuttle and various paid shuttle services made getting around easy and stress-free. We were impressed by the tours/ticket assistance provided, and the room amenities were also fantastic. The in-room safe and balcony were particularly nice touches. But the standout feature here was definitely the wonderful, highly attentive staff who made us feel valued and special from check-in to bartenders to waitstaff to housekeeping to managers.

To keep it short and sweet, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families, looking for a refreshing and relaxing stay.

The beach at the hotel was absolutely stunning, with crystal clear waters and soft white sand. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. We loved being able to explore the local area and try different cuisines. Another advantage was the entertainment provided by the hotel. They had a variety of activities and shows that were fun for all ages, ensuring that everyone had a great time during our New Year's vacation.

There were a few things that could be improved. the buffet options for food were quite limited.

The location is perfect with a beautiful beach and crystal-clear water. The service from the waiters was exceptional. The fresh juices made at breakfast were a highlight. The restaurant Marias and the tacos hut on the beach were fabulous. There are various free activities available including kayaking, paddleboarding, and biking. The rooms offer great views.

As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed the cozy and comfortable feel of the hotel. The beach was amazing, perfect for kids and windy days. The buffet had delicious food, especially the breakfasts. The Cevicheria was my favorite, a must-try for lunch. The location was great for exploring the island, with the tourist attractions nearby. There is also a nice park to visit at the south point.

I felt super comfortable during my stay, no complaints at all.

I had a wonderful time staying at Mia Reef in Isla Mujeres. The beach in front of the resort was absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear turquoise waters and soft white sand. The all-inclusive activities like SUP, snorkeling, and kayaking kept me entertained throughout my stay. The room had a beautiful design and a breathtaking view from the balcony. The non-stop, delicious food made every meal a delight. I highly recommend this resort for a memorable vacation.

The breakfast buffet is the highlight, with a great variety of options. Guests can enjoy snorkeling in the ocean and free entertainment. The spa services and villas provide guests with a relaxing and luxurious stay.

At times, the furniture in the rooms appears to be worn, and the upkeep of the public areas could be a bit more meticulous.

The staff at this hotel is incredible, especially Paco, Mike, Benji, Danny. They provided excellent service and made us feel welcome. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and clean. The location on its own little island is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The beach is beautiful and great for kids. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant is tasty.
