our stay at royal palms was absolutely perfect. the staff was knowledgeable and attentive, making us feel right at home. the location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. the rooms were spotless and the daily maid service was appreciated. the three pools were an unexpected bonus and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay.

Security was lacking in one of the buildings.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel just two blocks from the beach. The room was clean and ready for us when we arrived, and the girl at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us with a surprise for my boyfriend. I recently stayed at the Royal Palms Resort for a few days and it exceeded all my expectations. The staff, especially Luis and Demetrius, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service and made sure I had all the information I needed about the resort and nearby restaurants. The daily cleaning was thorough and the room had a microwave, which was a nice bonus. I also appreciated being able to leave my bags at the front desk before my flight. I highly recommend this resort to everyone and can't wait to return.

Had a fabulous Thanksgiving week here! the complimentary breakfast and high-speed internet made our stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect - just steps from the beach and close to restaurants and attractions. We especially enjoyed the pool area, which was beautifully maintained and offered a relaxing escape from the busy beach.

On our last day, housekeeping didn't come until the afternoon, which made it difficult to pack and get to our flight on time. the ongoing construction nearby was quite noisy and dusty at times, but the hotel can't control that.
