We had a fantastic stay at Mistiq Gardens Luxury Apartments. the property is absolutely stunning with its beautiful aesthetics and lush tropical plants. the spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, featuring a huge bed, good mattress, and a smart TV with access to Netflix. the gym on-site exceeded our expectations, offering a wide range of equipment for all our fitness needs. the friendly staff, especially Brian at the front desk, provided excellent customer service and were always available to assist us. the convenience of the shuttle service to the beach from Monday to Saturday was a huge plus, saving us from expensive taxi fares. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace restaurant, serving delicious food and drinks, and the small rooftop pool was a great spot to watch the sunset. Mistiq Gardens Luxury Apartments provided a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience.

mistiq gardens luxury was a pleasant surprise, exceeding my previous tulum stay. lovely aesthetic, spacious room with a huge bed, good wifi, and an impressive gym. friendly security, cool rooftop terrace, and a small pool for stunning sunsets. the sister hotel's pool access was a bonus.

We had a wonderful stay at Mistiq Gardens Luxury! the building is surrounded by three beautiful pools, making it easy to find the perfect spot in the sun. the spacious three-bedroom apartment had balconies in every room, providing plenty of space to relax. the on-site support, including the attentive manager Octavio, and the excellent service from Paola and Julises, made our stay even more enjoyable. the aesthetic of the place was lovely, with tropical plants everywhere, and we felt very safe with friendly security personnel on duty 24/7. the rooftop terrace with a restaurant was a great place to enjoy delicious food and drinks, and the small rooftop pool offered a stunning sunset view. the apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and had amenities like a safe and a smart TV. the gym was impressive and had everything we needed for a good workout. we were able to use the pool at the sister hotel, Mistiq Luxury, which was a short walk away.

Plus, the safe and underground parking was a convenient feature.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures - spacious, new, and modern. The rooftop restaurant served great coffee, which I enjoyed on the go. The pools all around the property were a nice touch and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The security team was efficient and quick to call a taxi for me whenever I needed one. The consierge was helpful when they were available, and I appreciated their assistance with bike reservations and shuttle information. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The apartment was dope, with plenty of space for our squad. We hit up the tour desk and went on epic excursions to the cenotes and the Tulum Ruins. The pools were perfect for chillin' and catchin' some rays. it was a sick place to kick it with friends and make memories!

The only thing we wished for was a cooler hangout spot for young party animals like us. It would've been off the chain if the apartment complex had a club or a rooftop bar where we could turn up and have a wild time without leaving the premises.

Gorgeous grounds, 3 pools, helpful staff, safe underground parking, clean common areas.
