The hotel's location was very convenient for my city trip. It was close to a large shopping mall, which made it easy to find dining options. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome during my stay.

There were some aspects of the hotel that were disappointing. the hotel's facilities were outdated and in need of renovation.
