I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and had an amazing view of the San Agustín Church. The location was perfect for exploring the old town, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The breakfast offerings could be improved, but everything else was wonderful.

The staff members are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. The hotel also has a sunny pool area and is conveniently located in the historic center with on-site parking available.

The location of the hotel was super convenient, right in downtown Puebla and only a few blocks away from the main square. There were several convenience stores nearby, making it easy to grab any necessary items. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a good night's sleep.

The water in the hotel had some issues. On one occasion, the water level was so low that the filter didn't work properly, resulting in bugs floating in it.

The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The view from my room was stunning, especially at night, and the comfortable bedding ensured a great night's sleep. I also loved the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, perfect for relaxing in the afternoon.

Great location, easy access to Puebla's historic town and attractions. Comfortable and clean room with nice views. the facilities, including the gym and pool, looked nice and well, maintained. the hotel had a big restaurant which was convenient.

Some rooms had a bad smell, which required guests to ask for a room change. There were issues with ventilation as some rooms had a bad smell in the mornings.

The staff was excellent, always friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious and clean room that had a great view at night. We absolutely loved staying at this place. the location is amazing as it’s just a few minutes from the main square where everything is available. Secondly, we loved the room service which was available 24/7, making it extremely convenient for us. Lastly, the staff were beyond amazing and incredibly helpful and accommodating. They even helped us with tours and tickets when we needed it.
