I had such a wonderful time at this resort! I stayed for a week and it was the perfect getaway. The staff provided excellent customer service from the moment I arrived until I checked out. The location by the beach was incredible and gave me easy access to everything I needed. The pools, rooms, and facilities were all clean and well-maintained. The food at the restaurants was top-notch, especially at Capers and the Pan Asian restaurant. The resort also offered a variety of water activities like kayaking, paddleboarding, and sailing. I was impressed with the staff, amenities, and beautiful surroundings.

This hotel has it all - clean rooms, great facilities, convenient location, and friendly staff. The swim-out pool was a huge plus for us, especially with our son. We also loved being close to the malecon and having easy access to other towns for day trips. The amenities were top-notch, including the food and beverage selection. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic adventure during our stay at Dreams! We were lucky to book an ocean trip with a cab driver who had boats. The trip allowed us to see turtles, whales, dolphins, and go snorkeling, which our kids loved. The staff at Dreams, especially Miguel, Alexandra, and Jamie, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The food at Castaways and the hibachi restaurant was amazing, and room service made breakfast easy for us. The beach was beautiful, and the resort had a great atmosphere, perfect for families. We had a few minor hiccups with the room initially, but the staff did their best to accommodate us. Despite these small issues, we had an amazing time at Dreams and would highly recommend it to others. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

We had the most amazing trip at this resort! The staff were incredibly nice and attentive, making us feel truly pampered. We decided to upgrade to the Preferred Club, and it was definitely the best choice we made. The room was fantastic and the additional amenities were worth every penny. One staff member, Humberto, went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. He was always there to assist us and made us feel like VIPs. We took a recommendation from Mike at Amstar and went to see a show on Las Caletas Island, and it was absolutely incredible, especially the VIP dinner. The only slight downside was the persistent timeshare salespeople, but aside from that, everything was perfect! I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable anniversary or couples trip.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the food was superb, with plenty of variety and options for all dietary needs. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we had a top-notch vacation. the beach location was perfect for soaking up the sun, and the pool area was clean and well-maintained. Plus, the free daily activities available on site made sure there was never a dull moment.

The noise level at night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the sound traveled easily between the buildings, and we could often hear the events and parties from our balcony.

I recently stayed at Dreams Vallarta Bay Resorts & Spa for a week-long vacation. The food at the all-inclusive resort was excellent, with a wide variety of options prepared well. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was top-notch, and the spa was also fantastic. The Kids Club was a hit with my children, with attentive staff providing an enjoyable experience. The staff throughout the resort were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The ocean view from our preferred suite was breathtaking, and the service was great. The resort had a few different restaurants with tasty food and excellent room service. The pools were amazing, and the well-made drinks and wine options were a nice touch. Despite not having a play area for younger kids, the Kids Club for older children was apparently incredible. If I return to this area, I will definitely choose to stay here again. Thanks to all the staff for keeping this place so great.

We had an amazing family vacation at this beautiful resort. The location was perfect, close to the airport and just a short distance from the downtown historic district. We loved being right on the beach, and the views were breathtaking. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with top of the line amenities. The service was exceptional, with staff like Fernanda, Isaiah, and Fernando going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, and the pool and beach facilities were excellent. It was truly a memorable stay.

The issue with reserving lounge chairs at the pool. It was frustrating to see people leave their towels on chairs for hours, preventing others from enjoying the pool.

The location was perfect, with easy access to stores and the beach. The beautiful scenery, adorned with palm trees, made for a stunning wedding location. The French restaurant at Secrets served the best food in the entire hotel. The staff was attentive and amazing, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The facilities and options for food exceeded our expectations. The swim-out pool off our room was incredibly convenient, especially with our son. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. We also enjoyed exploring nearby towns like Sayulita and Mismayola.

The location was great, just a short walk to the town center with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the beach was also nice and clean. The rooms were spacious and had great amenities like a whirlpool bath and a stocked refrigerator. the air conditioning and ceiling fan were a plus.

The food options were limited and the quality was average. There wasn't much variety in the fresh fruit, fruit juices, and seafood.
