I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was safe and convenient. The staff treated me with kindness and made me feel pampered throughout my stay.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety and fresher options.

The rooms at the hotel were fabulous with large bathrooms, plenty of space, and very clean. The hotel had multiple bars and beautiful outdoor areas to relax. The pools were a highlight, with each having its own atmosphere and surrounded by lounge chairs. There were plenty of activities throughout the day for all ages, from beach and pool volleyball to yoga and themed parties. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We also booked an incredible tour to Chichen Itza through the hotel's concierge.

Felt like home, no reason to complain.

The resort had a variety of pools and activities for all ages, including quiet areas and a nice selection of bars with top shelf liquors. The food at the Italian, Grill, and buffet restaurants was good, and Mike's Coffee shop served great cappuccinos. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone, regardless of age.

Amazing service! The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. From the attentive waiters at the pool to the kind and respectful staff at the Privilege lounge, everyone was top-notch. The butler was also very accommodating and attentive. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the fridge was stocked daily. The beach concierge made sure we had our spot on the beach every day. The pools were lovely and the overall layout of the resort was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel's location is great - just a short drive from the airport. The grounds are well-maintained, and the pools are very nice. The beach is lovely and perfect for swimming. The hotel facilities include a coffee bar on-site, which was a nice touch. The staff, particularly Estrella, Idalia, and Angeles, were friendly and provided excellent service. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel is a true luxury gem. the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre and the outdoor swimming pool are unparalleled. We indulged in massages and body wraps, which left us feeling rejuvenated. the beach access and sun loungers definitely added to the luxurious experience. We were pleased with how attentive the service was, and really appreciated the poolside snack bar and the plethora of restaurant options.

the mani-pedi services were slightly underwhelming and did not meet our expectations for such a luxurious venue.

Great service at all restaurants and bars. Friendly staff who go the extra mile. Fantastic facilities and entertainment program. Children had a blast. Can't wait to return.

Excellent food quality and variety, as well as well-maintained swimming pools and beach amenities. Complimentary excursions were also offered to guests.

Poor customer service, lack of staff, and overall lack of attention to detail in both amenities and cleanliness. Privilege service was not worth the extra money as it did not offer many additional benefits.
