The entertainment staff were fantastic and kept everyone engaged throughout our stay. The only downside was the limited breakfast options offered daily.

ocean coral & turquesa all inclusive was stunning! the privileged rooms were super comfy and clean. you have everything on-site, including a great coffee shop and ice cream spot. falcon was fantastic at helping with reservations and always checking in on us. also, the staff made us feel so welcomed, especially emmanuel, who felt like a friend!

the room was luxurious and the staff was super friendly always ready to help like delivering room service menu at 1:30am, the beach was lovely as it was cleaned regularly and the pool area was also well maintained🌊

The beachfront location is stunning, offering easy access to great food and drinks. The service is exceptional, especially in the themed restaurants—my favorite being the hibachi. I appreciate how clean the grounds and rooms are, which really enhances the overall experience.

The wait time for dinner reservations can be frustratingly long at peak hours.

The property was stunning, especially the privileged side as it offered the best views. I absolutely loved the comfortable and clean Privilege Junior Suite with Garden View. The on-site coffee shop and ice cream facility were delightful treats!

The variety of dining options was fantastic! Loved the shrimp Po' Boy and the delicious crepes by the pool. afternoon buffets had a good spread, and the beach was super clean! The adult only pool was a highlight too.

The best part of my stay was enjoying the stunning beach and the attentive service from the staff who made sure I was refreshed with drinks throughout my time there. with the nearby snorkeling adventure less than 2 km away and the Puerto Morelos Botanical Gardens just a short stroll from the hotel, I found plenty to explore during my city walks.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, which made it really comfy. The cleaning was on point every day. One downside was the occasional smell of humidity, but it's kinda hard to avoid with being so close to the water. Overall, it had a nice vibe, especially with the garden view. Definitely a comfy spot to chill after a long day by the pool.

The resort was overall enjoyable, with friendly bartenders like Carlos and Gustavo ensuring great service at the pool bar. The diverse buffet themes each day kept meals interesting. A slight downside was the occasional heat in the lobby area, but the cleanliness of the resort was commendable.
