The entertainment, including the Latin Music night and Fire show, was enjoyable. The staff, including Rafael, Julio, Miguel. Walking to the cenote was a highlight.

Had an amazing experience at Ocean Maya Royale! The entertainment and performances were spectacular, especially the shows led by Ines, Naomi, Rodrigo, and Arturo. The resort was well-maintained and the beach was enjoyable thanks to the hardworking crew. Would definitely recommend and come back!

The hotel offers luxurious amenities and our exclusive needs were fulfilled with top-notch service at the Spa and Wellness center. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi with beach access provided a relaxing experience with a mesmerizing view of the garden area. the dinner served at the restaurant buffet was exceptional with a great variety of options.

Although the entertainment offered at the hotel was good, the room we stayed in lacked the expected exclusivity, causing a slightly uncomfortable experience. the Snack Bar located by the Poolside provided limited options.
