We had a fab 5-night stay at this hotel at the end of May. The renovations were impressive, and the staff were excellent and very attentive. The food was of high quality, and we especially loved the Hakka restaurant. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hotel also had great amenities like a spa, gym, and tennis court. a wonderful week away that we would definitely recommend.

Rudy in particular was extremely helpful, giving us excellent ideas and even making a restaurant reservation for us. The service room service was top-notch, making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel amenities were fantastic, with a spa and wellness center, sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The entertainment was superb, with live shows and events to keep us entertained. The food selection and flavor were amazing every single day.

I had such a great stay at Oleo Cancun Playa! The value for money was amazing, and the room was just perfect - clean, comfortable, and with stunning views of both the ocean and lagoon. The location was fantastic, with great restaurants right across and a 24-hour supermarket nearby. The staff, especially Sandra and Augustin, were incredibly helpful and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. I loved the direct beach access from the pool and the breathtaking view of the ocean during breakfast. I received 5-star treatment and quality throughout my stay.
