During my stay at the hotel, I was impressed with the convenient location and the well-equipped facilities. The room I stayed in was spacious and offered an amazing view of the mountains. The highlight of my stay was the surprise I ordered for my partner, which included a beautifully decorated cake that tasted delicious. Additionally, the reception manager tried her best to assist us and offered her sincere apologies for any inconveniences we experienced.

The breakfast room was particularly chaotic, with limited tables available and guests disregarding the recommended distance between each other. Due to this, we decided to check out early to minimize our risk of exposure.

Great New Year's experience! Enjoyed the complimentary sauna and pool facilities, and the buffet breakfast. Conveniently located right near Krupowka and a supermarket.

The lifts were often crowded and slow, and the dinner buffet was not great value for money. the lack of double beds was a bit uncomfortable and the overall cleanliness left something to be desired.

Spacious, well-furnished room with comfortable sheets and pillows. Large towels provided. Buffet breakfast had a good variety of fresh food. Family-friendly location with swimming pool. Conveniently located in the center of town.

We had a luxurious experience at this hotel. the exclusive amenities, including the Spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, massage. Our full body massage was relaxing and the body scrub left our skin feeling silky smooth. the Spa lounge and steam room were both calming and soothing. the heated swimming pool had a stunning view. We also enjoyed the restaurant, which served in-room breakfast, had a lounge and bar area, and outdoor dining area. the hotel's private facilities and location advantages added to the exclusive feeling.

The only minor issue we faced was lack of sufficient staff service.

Brand new studios with all necessities, great location near main street but away from crowds. Friendly staff, comfortable stay. Amazing breakfast buffet, a reason to come back.

Wow, the hotel had an open kitchen, so I could watch the chefs, which was awesome! The gym was great for working off all the delicious food I ate. The staff organized tours, must have been exhausting for them!

Oh, I just loved how I had to call reception multiple times for things, they were so helpful on the phone *sarcasm*. Plus, gotta love that pricey indoor parking.
