I recently stayed at Hotel Palacio Azteca for a week-long vacation. The pool area was absolutely stunning, and a perfect oasis in the Mexican heat. The restaurant served the most amazing guacamole I have ever tasted. The staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to switch to a two-bed room and even helping us obtain a medical pass. While most of the staff spoke limited English, I enjoyed practicing my Spanish with them. The breakfast, though an additional cost, was delicious and well worth it. the staff, room, and amenities made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great Stay for 2 nights

The hotel was clean and the service was friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there were many options to choose from. I felt completely safe walking around the area, even at night. The hotel's location was convenient, with nearby taco shops and a mall within walking distance. The fact that I could communicate in Spanish also made getting around easier. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others.
