My mom and I stayed at this gem of a hotel for 6 nights to celebrate her 75th birthday. The entire staff was kind, attentive, and warm, making us feel like we were staying at a friend's place. The location couldn't have been better, just one block away from the main walking boulevard and Santo Domingo Cathedral. The hotel itself was far more beautiful than the photos, with a gorgeous courtyard where we had delicious breakfasts every morning. Our room, the Sidna, had high wood beam ceilings, a beautiful fireplace. But the highlight was definitely the extraordinary staff, who made our stay even more special.

The hotel was a wonderful experience with luxurious and comfortable rooms. the central atrium where breakfast was served was beautiful and the food was delicious. the hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to everything in the old town.

There was limited drawer space for clothes, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, there was some noise from local celebrations, but that was out of the hotel's control.

We had a fantastic stay in this centrally-located hotel. It is just steps away from the Temple of Santo Domingo and the main tourist thoroughfare, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all the attractions in the old town. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with beautifully maintained rooms that exuded luxury. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast provided was wonderful, offering a continental option as well as a menu with more choices at a reasonable price. Plus, the hotel's location allowed for easy access to open areas where smoking was permitted.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The room was immaculately clean, with towels folded into charming swan shapes and chocolates on our pillows. The historic-style hotel facilities were lavish and luxurious, and we particularly enjoyed the rooftop lounging area with its stunning views of the city. The location couldn't have been better, as we were just a block away from the breathtaking Templo de Santo Domingo and very close to the Cathedral. Additionally, the small and attentive staff made our experience truly special, providing warm and helpful service throughout our stay.
