I had a great experience at Hotel Floris. the room was very nice, clean, and had comfortable beds. the en-suite facilities were also good. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and the reception service was excellent. They helped us with everything, from providing information about the area to arranging taxis and giving us metro service information. the hotel is in the heart of the city, within walking distance of famous shopping areas and attractions.

The breakfast room on the top floor was a highlight for me, with its stunning views and delicious buffet. The room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

the hotel staff were very kind and helpful, providing advice on dealing with a general strike during my stay. the location of the hotel was also perfect, being close to the central station, the Grand, Place, and a district full of restaurants and bars. Furthermore, the room was spacious and comfortable with a well, appointed bathroom. the breakfast options were varied, and I particularly enjoyed the mini, croissants with different flavors.

The room had a noisy rooftop ventilation unit right in front of a big glass window/door, which made it quite uncomfortable. Additionally, it would have been nice if there was a water bottle provided in the room for drinking purposes, especially since the hotel is located in a busy area with limited options for late, night purchases.

During my recent stay at Floris Arlequin, I experienced a leak in my room due to a ceiling issue. However, the staff was quick to respond and moved us to another room. They were friendly and accommodating throughout the process, ensuring that our comfort was a top priority. Despite this hiccup, the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, providing a good value for the price. The location was excellent, right in the center of downtown with easy access to all the main tourist attractions. The breakfast dining room offered a nice rooftop view, and the breakfast selection was generous. The wifi worked well, and the room was comfortable and quiet. While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the shower being on the smaller side and the absence of a proper seating corner in the executive room, they did not significantly impact our overall enjoyment of the stay. I would recommend Floris Arlequin for its convenient location, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with ALL facilities and even a view on Grand Place. The breakfast is delicious, with a stunning view of the city and an electric waffle maker to start your day.

This hotel is a gem! Its location is perfect - right in the heart of the city and very close to all major attractions. The staff is friendly and the rooms are cozy with an astonishing view of old Brussels, plus it has air conditioning and a single bed. The breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon is absolutely wonderful, with fabulous views of the Grand Palace.
