We went for our Honeymoon. This resort far exceeded my expectations of what quality service is all about. We had our personal Butler, who took care of ALL our needs, even drew up a hot Bubble bath and candles, rose petals on our bed on Our last night With personalized note saying “Safe Travels, and Congratulations on your Honeymoon”. This Gourmet Resort pays close attention to how food is prepared, and honestly, the BEST creative food pairings I have ever had!

The rooms at the hotel were absolutely amazing! They were high-end quality with beautiful views and a private deck overlooking the water. the bungalows also had steps down to the ocean, making it easy to take a dip whenever we wanted. the staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One of the things we didn't like about our stay was the long wait for room service. It often took 45 minutes to an hour for our food and drinks to arrive, which was quite frustrating.

The staff, from the bellman to the butler, provided exceptional service and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was upgraded to a prime location, and the views were breathtaking. We celebrated our special occasions and were spoiled by the attentive and gracious William and Alex. The tequila and wine tasting experiences were fun and informative, and the restaurant staff and meals were excellent. The beach bartenders and Peruvian restaurant staff were all amazing. We can't say enough good things about our stay and can't wait to return!

Everyone was kind and professional, and they truly went above and beyond to take care of our every need. We especially enjoyed the personal attention from our butler, who even drew us a bubble bath with candles and rose petals on our last night.

Additionally, the promised activities and camel meet, and, greet were fully booked during our stay, leaving us unable to participate. the presence of algae and seaweed affected the view from our bungalow, although the beach staff made efforts to clean it up.

We had a fantastic time at the bungalows, enjoying the beautiful location right on the beach. We loved walking down to the ocean and cooling off in the shallow water. The restaurant, where we dined on the water, offered amazing food and a fun culinary adventure. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room had a breathtaking view from the private deck.

The beach access of the bungalows could use some maintenance, with the wood needing paint and the floor boards needing sanding and leveling.

We got incredible value for our money at Palafitos! The room was stunning and the location was perfect with a beautiful view of the water. The staff treated us like VIPs and made our stay truly memorable.

The breakfast offerings could use some improvement, especially in terms of variety and freshness.

We had a great time during our Easter vacation. the private beach was beautiful and secluded, providing the perfect escape. the service was top-notch, with attentive staff members catering to our needs. We also enjoyed the delicious food and drinks, which were delivered right to our private pool and beach area.

There were a few disappointing aspects of our stay. the beach access of the bungalows seemed to be in need of maintenance, with the wood and floorboards showing signs of wear and tear.
