The staff took great care of me, accommodating my request for a quiet room away from larger groups. The amenities were top-notch, including an indoor heated pool and fitness center. My room was spacious and clean, complete with a cozy sitting area and all the necessary facilities like a refrigerator, microwave, and tea/coffee maker. Plus, the pillows and bed were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

As a business traveler, I loved the convenience of being near the pool and having easy access to the outside for my small dog. The sauna and pool area were also great amenities that I enjoyed. The breakfast service was impressive, with a variety of options including a hot Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, fruit, pastries, snack bars, and water. The availability of juice, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate was a nice touch. The hotel's location near the highway was convenient, and despite being in an industrial area, there were plenty of green spaces for walking my dog. The rooms were large, clean, and well-equipped, with plenty of parking space. The furniture and television were of good quality, and the shower provided consistent hot water with a strong spray. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to address any issues or requests. And, I must mention the ultimate plus - absolutely no bed bugs!

There were some unpleasant odors in certain areas of the hotel, particularly in the stairway. Smoking was allowed near the side door, which was manageable but not ideal.
