Great staff and beautiful beach

Nice beach and clean water! The staff were super friendly and went out of their way for my son’s birthday with champagne glasses, a bottle of champagne, and a cake. Rooms were decent, but ours were in different blocks despite asking to have them together. Food was hit or miss, though.

The location is great with beautiful ocean views and friendly staff.

The room felt damp, making it hard to sleep. The desserts were poorly made and honestly inedible.

The hotel staff were amazing, friendly, and always ready to assist. The rooms and beds were excellent and provided a calm environment for a good night's sleep. The location was convenient with shopping centers and amenities nearby. The food offerings at the Italian and Mexican restaurants were excellent, with helpful and professional staff.

Can't fault the property in any way.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, located on the main boulevard in a private area and right on a stunning beach. The room service was top-notch, and the hotel offered convenient amenities such as car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The shops and commercial services on-site made it easy to find everything we needed. The hotel also provided a shuttle service and tours/ticket assistance for added convenience. The rooms themselves were comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The balcony and terrace provided beautiful views, and the in-room safe offered peace of mind. The friendly and polite staff, especially the waiters at the restaurants, provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Despite the excellent service and beautiful location, the staff at this hotel needs to be better managed and paid in order to provide an even better experience. Families, however, will find this venue to be a great choice.

The resort offers a variety of amenities and activities that allow guests to be in direct touch with nature. From the beautiful views of the sea and the sunset to the well-maintained beach and pool areas, there are plenty of opportunities to relax and soak up the natural surroundings.

I felt so comfortable during my stay that I have no complaints whatsoever.

Nothing, it is perfect.

I stayed at this hotel for a long weekend and the location was perfect right on a beautiful beach. The staff was great, especially the ones at the entrance and front desk. The service was top-notch and the room had all the amenities I needed like a mini-bar, ironing facilities and in-room air conditioning. The pool area was outstanding with various options for everyone including a jacuzzi and aqua park. The hotel also had a spa centre for those who like to be pampered.

Everything was managed and maintained well except for the restaurants where the waiters needed more training. Despite this, the staff ensured that the customers had an overall enjoyable experience.

Lovely beach, variety of restaurants, open bar, reliable travel agents, great amenities for kids.

Our stay at the resort was amazing! We got great value for our money and the room was so comfortable and well-decorated. The location was perfect, right on the beach, and the staff treated us like royalty.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The beach and pool were absolutely amazing. The food at the restaurants was very good and we particularly loved the breakfast buffet. The 6th floor bar offered a stunning view. The room service was good and the fries were exceptional. Another highlight was that the resort actually has two pools, not just one.

We felt very welcomed and had no complaints whatsoever.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Practical pools for toddlers. Amazing facilities with kids play area, multiple pools, and restaurants. Great location with easy access to malls and transportation. Delicious drinks with a variety of options.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Upstairs in the restaurant, the omelette station offers delicious and customizable breakfast options. It's easy to get into the restaurants and the Viaggio restaurant is a must-try. The location is not close to the ports, but provides a peaceful atmosphere. Rooms are large and comfortable with nice views, and impeccable service. Facilities are clean, modern and well-maintained.

Some of the food on the buffet was cold and may have been sitting out for too long.

The food was excellent and the Italian restaurant was amazing. The staff was accommodating and helpful. I appreciated the gluten-free options available throughout the resort. The room was comfortable and the shower was spacious. The poolside experience was great with plenty of activities offered. I recommend this hotel.

The bed was very comfortable and spacious. The activity directors and restaurant staff were wonderful and made our trip enjoyable.

Felt very much at home, nothing was too much trouble.
