It is also conveniently situated not far from the centrum of fun, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and high ceilings. The bathroom is well-designed and offers plenty of space. The reception staff provide friendly and efficient service, and there is a safebox in the room for added convenience.

The noise from the stadium across the street can be bothersome in the mornings.

The Winday Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming, and they assisted us with everything we needed. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the clean and spacious room with excellent air conditioning. The bathroom and shower were also spotless, with hot water readily available. I was delighted to discover that there was a free Zumba class near the hotel in the mornings. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable throughout our stay.

The hotel provided excellent breakfast options, with a wide selection of pastries and great coffee. the staff was friendly and helpful, with the front desk staff going above and beyond to assist with any needs. the hotel offered Latin music workout/dance classes in the nearby dome, which was a fun and energetic activity to participate in during the stay.

There was some noise at night, possibly due to the hotel's proximity to a main road. the failure to communicate with guests prior to and during check-in was a drawback, leading to unexpected fees and issues with hot water in the room.

The restaurant exceeded expectations. Impressive coffee and pastries. Best donuts and croissants in town. Friendly and delightful staff. Fantastic lasagna and huge portions. Incredibly kind and helpful front desk staff. Latin music workout/dance classes available. Spectacular morning class with the best teacher in town.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was quite an amazing experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean and modern, with brand new facilities that added to the overall comfort of my stay. The staff at the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting me with all my needs, including bike storage and room access after I lost my key.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The only minor downside was that the location, although quiet, could get a bit loud in the evenings.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms at Winday Hotel. The bed was comfortable and the size was just right for our needs. Additionally, the reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even recommended a nearby beauty salon for us to visit. The hotel's location was perfect, with many local restaurants and healthy fruit shops within walking distance. We also enjoyed having access to the fantastic pool on the roof, which offered great value for money. despite a few small drawbacks, we would recommend Winday Hotel for a pleasant stay in Playa del Carmen.

The breakfast at this hotel was really delicious and the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. the location was perfect for my business trip as it was just a short walk to the downtown area and the beach. I also loved the fact that there was a new shop and café right at the entrance of the hotel which was very convenient.

The noise level was a bit high as there was a sports hall nearby that was open until late at night. the noise from the basketball games and the music made it difficult to sleep.
