The rooms at this hotel were incredibly clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and perfect sheets. The staff were very nice, helpful, and flexible. I also had an amazing view of palms and the sea from my window, which created a beautiful and tranquil atmosphere.

During my stay, there was construction noise in the morning, which disturbed the otherwise peaceful ambiance. the pool was not usable and the ocean was not easily accessible due to ongoing renovations.

This hotel is in a perfect location, right in front of the sea with a stunning view. It's also conveniently located next to the restaurant along the main road, making it easy to explore anywhere in Corozal. The security staff ensures a safe and worry-free stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plush towels and plenty of amenities. The staff goes above and beyond, providing everything from extra towels to guided recommendations. The warm, engaging welcome creates a truly welcoming atmosphere.

The lighting around the bathroom mirror could be improved for better functionality.

We were blown away by the luxurious amenities offered at this hotel. the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and stunning beachfront access was a highlight of our stay. the restaurant served delicious food and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink. the private facilities in our room were exclusive and made us feel pampered.

Despite this, the service was excellent, and the staff were welcoming and helpful.
