The energy-saving efforts were appreciated. The beach was clean, and the lounging areas were comfortable. The key/wristband system was convenient. The rooms were nice. The evening shows were fun for families.

Our Thanksgiving vacation at this hotel was not as expected. the pool and beach were unpleasant, with seaweed everywhere and no staff to clean it up, making it impossible to swim or even walk along the beach.

From the stunning room to the attentive staff and the relaxation at the spa, this hotel did not disappoint. the outdoor swimming pools were pristine and the beach access was a plus. the garden area also provided a peaceful retreat. the restaurants offered a variety of delicious options and the poolside snack bar had tasty bites. Private facilities added to the exclusivity of the experience.

Noise from neighboring rooms was a minor issue. the efficient response from the staff makes up for this shortcoming.

The location of the resort was perfect, right next to the beach. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean from our room. The room itself was comfortable and chic, with a compfy bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff were exceptional and very accommodating. The breakfast options were varied and delicious.

The entertainment at night was geared towards children, which was a disappointment for us as adults.
