We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was excellent, providing great service. The hotel facilities were top-notch with clean and comfortable rooms at affordable prices. The location was convenient, close to the Smart Financial Center for the concert we attended, as well as the Raceway, Star Cinema, HEB. The breakfast lounge area was also a great place to start our day.

The value for money was excellent, as I was able to book a room for just $109 instead of the higher price that the clerk initially quoted me. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The basic amenities in the room were all in good working order, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the spacious double glassed shower, which added a touch of luxury to my stay. The breakfast at this hotel was like going to a top-class coffee shop. There were so many options to choose from, catering to everyone's taste. It was the perfect way to start the day and fuel up for the adventures ahead.

The customer service on check-in night was unsatisfactory. The room cleanliness was subpar with dirty sheets, towels, curtains, carpet, walls, and bedding. The manager and night shift employee were rude and unhelpful. The manager showed no concern when notified about the room cleanliness.

Housekeeping was subpar, with dirty pillow cases and dingy towels. the wallpaper in the bathroom and lobby areas was peeling off the walls.

As young families, we loved the helpful and friendly staff who made our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect for us, with everything we needed within reach. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the breakfast offered was not bad at all.

The only downside we experienced was that no one greeted us upon arrival and we had to ask for directions to the elevator. Additionally, we had to request fresh towels multiple times before finally being told to get them ourselves from the front desk.
