As seasoned travelers who have visited numerous all-inclusive resorts in Cancun and the Riviera Maya, my husband and I found Platinum Princess to be a hidden gem. Despite the negative reviews we read beforehand, our 15th trip to Mexico was exceptional. The buffet food was excellent, service was top-notch, and all the staff, including the helpful front desk and concierge, were polite. Special shoutout to Israel, the amazing bellboy, and Alfredo, the friendly bartender. The swim-out room was beautiful and immaculate, and the resort itself was spotless. The lush greenery added to its charm, and the pools, both the party and quiet ones, were just right for relaxation. our 9-day stay here was the best vacation experience we've had, and we're already planning to return in the winter. Great coffee, too!

I had a fantastic stay at this adults-only resort. The staff were kind and efficient, and the entire place was immaculate. The pool party was entertaining, and the pool itself was huge. The buffet, which was open 24/7, offered a great variety of delicious food. The swim-up room was definitely worth it, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location was convenient, with the beach just a short walk away and easy access to transportation options.

Beautiful resort with modern facilities and friendly staff. the swim-out room was a highlight, having our own private pool was amazing. the beach was clean and had plenty of chairs and umbrellas for shade. the food options were good, except for the desserts, which were disappointing. We were always able to find something we liked to eat. the staff was accommodating and always went out of their way to help.

The strike by the restaurant staff on Saturday was a major inconvenience. Only one restaurant was open, limited drink options at the bar, no room service or cleaning.

The multiple swimming pools and wide range of activities kept us entertained day and night.

The location of the hotel is great, especially the Aroma restaurant, and it offers a nice view of the shoreline. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was more than satisfactory. The room was spacious and well-maintained, and the bathroom had a double rain head shower that was fantastic. The hotel has various facilities which made the stay enjoyable, including the pools and activities at night.

The food at the other restaurants in the resort, according to previous reviews, wasn't up to par and was lacking.

I recently stayed at the Platinum Yucatan Princess for an event at the nearby Grand Velas. Although our stay was brief, we had a pleasant time. The swim-up suite on the platinum side was absolutely fabulous. The Bruchetta restaurant served amazing food, and the cleaning staff did a great job. Paddle boarding, which was included, was a must-try activity. The show cooking at Tao was also fantastic. the hotel staff were friendly, the grounds were well kept, and the experience was comfortable and enjoyable.
