We loved the convenient location near Times Square and in the heart of Broadway. The hotel was very clean, with great facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful. Transportation was easy, with various subway stations within walking distance.

The location is perfect for exploring the city with Times Square, theaters, and Rockefeller Center within walking distance. Plenty of dining options nearby and a 24/7 cafe next door. The rooms, though not modern, are clean and spacious for Manhattan standards. Lockers are available for luggage storage at a reasonable price.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right near Times Square and within walking distance of most places. It was also conveniently located near the subway, making it easy to get around. The hotel was clean and our room had 2 double beds and all the facilities we needed, including a safe. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The concierge desk staff, especially the ladies, were very helpful and we even booked airport transfers through them. Additionally, there was a deli next door, which was a great find.

One aspect that we didn't particularly like was the lack of a kettle and tea/coffee in the room. It would have been ideal to have these amenities available for a quick and convenient hot beverage.
